Terms and conditions

1. Introductory provisions

These terms apply to B2B services, consultancy and IT infrastructure design. The specific scope, schedule, deliverables and price are set out in an accepted proposal, confirmed order or separate contract.

2. Order and scope

• Enquiries can be submitted by e-mail to contact@wovtech.eu.
• Before work begins, an initial consultation may be held to clarify the objectives and scope.
• The scope is usually defined as audit, design, stabilisation or ongoing operational support (monthly retainer).

3. Price and invoicing

• Pricing is agreed individually according to the scope and required level of service.
• The currency, invoicing schedule, payment terms and any expenses are specified in the relevant proposal, order or contract.

4. Cooperation, access and changes

• The client provides the access, cooperation and approvals required to perform the services.
• Changes are implemented in a controlled manner, with a rollback plan appropriate to the nature of the work.

5. Delivery of work

• Deliverables (e.g. documentation, recommendations or diagrams) are provided in the agreed format and scope.
• Written confirmation by e-mail or failure to raise comments within the period agreed in the offer or order is considered acceptance.

6. Confidentiality

Information about the client's infrastructure is confidential. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available upon request.

7. Final provisions

Effective from 8 August 2026. The version accepted when a contract is concluded applies to that contract; later website updates do not amend an existing contract without the parties' agreement.
