Terms and conditions

1. Introductory provisions

These conditions apply to the provision of B2B services, consultations and IT infrastructure design. The specific scope, dates, deliverables and price are agreed in the proposal and confirmed by an order, contract or email.

2. Order and scope

• The inquiry takes place by e-mail at kontakt@wovtech.sk.
• Before work begins, a short initial consultation can take place to clarify the goals and scope.
• The scope is usually defined as audit, design, stabilization or ongoing operational support (monthly retainer).

3. Price and invoicing

• The price is determined individually according to the scope and required level of service.
• The monthly retainer is invoiced monthly; project work is invoiced according to milestones or an agreed schedule.
• The due date of invoices is 14 days by default, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cooperation, access and changes

• The client will ensure the necessary access, cooperation and approval of changes.
• Changes are implemented in a controlled manner with an appropriate rollback plan according to the nature of the intervention.

5. Delivery of work

• Deliverables (e.g. documentation, recommendations or diagrams) are provided in the agreed format and scope.
• Written confirmation by e-mail or failure to raise comments within the period agreed in the offer or order is considered acceptance.

6. Confidentiality

Information about the client's infrastructure is confidential. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available upon request.

7. Final provisions

Effective from: 2 September 2026. These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on the website.
